Changing lives, one ear at a time.

We believe everyone deserves the gift of hearing.

Through hands-on training and life-changing ear surgeries, our team of volunteer specialists works alongside local doctors in Cambodia and Myanmar — sharing knowledge, restoring hearing, and giving the sound of connection back to those who’ve lost it.

For children, this is especially profound: when hearing is restored early, they gain the chance to learn to speak, attend school, build friendships, and participate fully in the world around them — a future that would otherwise remain silent.

OUR PROJECTS

Since 2010, we’ve worked hand in hand with local hospitals and doctors in Myanmar and, more recently, Cambodia, to strengthen ENT care from the inside out.

Through on-site missions, online training, and the transfer of medical technology, we aim to build sustainable systems that empower local teams to perform life-changing ear surgeries — and continue the work long after we leave.

ABOUT US & OUR MISSION

Our work combines education, expertise, and compassion.
We train medical colleagues, support surgical procedures (with a focus on middle ear surgery), and transfer essential technology for anesthesia and patient monitoring.
By strengthening local teams, we help create lasting access to high-quality ear, nose, and throat care.

REPORTS & FUTURE PLANS

Over the past 15 years, our work has evolved from hands-on missions to long-term collaboration and sustainable medical education.

In partnership with Interplast, we’ve supported ENT programs across Myanmar and now Cambodia, training specialists and helping establish advanced ear surgery, including cochlear implants.

Who we are

EAGLE ENT is a team of doctors, engineers, nurses, journalists, and volunteers united by one shared mission — to strengthen ear, nose, and throat (ENT) medicine in developing countries.

Most of our volunteers come from Bavaria, Germany, and Salzburg, Austria, allowing us to work closely together as a coordinated, well-connected team. Through our combined expertise, we support projects with education, technical equipment, and clear communication, ensuring every initiative runs with care and precision.

Our guiding principle is simple: we don’t just want to help — we want to empower. By training and equipping our colleagues abroad, we aim to enable them to establish ENT care that meets the same high standards found in modern Western medicine.
